Firstly the Edinburgh gig were the band played an outstanding set,over an hour to a long awaiting audience north of the border. The Highlights opening with Choir/Waterline, the new tracks Way to escape, I feel lite, and Terri, according to the setlist Everything is Good, was to be next but the band decided to drop it at the last minute. The crowd went mental when Shack Up was unleashed. Then the band closed the set with "Wanna Be" by this time the audience weren't gonna let the band escape that easily after all it's been over 12 years since the band last played any dates in Scotland. With a rapturous reception for the encore the band played the mighty Si Fir Mir, then left the stage thinking that their job was done for the night. The audience weren't leaving it at that going totaly crazy for their heroes, and not wanting to leave the venue. Then "The Band Played On" as they say, with a thundering applause from the audience the band re-appeared with a jamming session of WSLY straight into another version of Shack Up and closing with the working title of a song called Bog Off. Job well done.
