This is ACR's first London performance for 2 years. The show will also include the rare opportunity for true fans to see them perform with the original hand made Standard 8 visuals used during some of their first ever shows in 1978.

Review (by David Cooper - no relation)

ACR certainly have not lost their touch and were on top form. Their performance was crisp and as tight as ever (New Order take note!). The 3 new songs were down right funky and blended in well with a good mixture of the old and the recent. Highlight for me was 'Rialto', any track from Sextet played live is a major bonus. 'Heart and Soul' was on the set list as part of the encore but not played. As always, I left elated, but wanting more!

Set list

Cerysmatic Factory filmed this gig. Some of the footage, all the still pictures and video filming and still camera equipment was stolen hours later (it's a long story). All is not lost. Don't let the bastards get you down.

The three new tracks played were the ones recorded at The Cutting Rooms, Manchester in June 2005. The film projected behind the band was a dvd reproduction of the film originally projected on Standard 8 back in 1980. Thanks to David Cooper (relation) and Jez for sorting this out. Many thanks also to everyone including Jez, Martin, DoJo, Tony, Liam, Denise, Rose, Richard Matic and all at Muffjam, Cargo staff one and all, the other JC (sorry about the bike!), Matthew, Kieron, the Nathan Barley Mow, the Spitz for a good nosh, David Cooper, Hans Jörg Zopp, SMCACR, Peter Terrell, Gonnie Rietveld.
