Factory Records: DAT
Factory tried to push Digital Audio Tape (DAT) as a commercial format for its top acts (NEW ORDER, HAPPY MONDAYS and THE DURUTTI COLUMN).
The format only had a niche market though and future planned releases beyond those listed (including the whole of the Factory Classical catalogue) were scrapped.
